Larissa Blanz was born and raised in Germany. She is an actress, producer, writer, and model. And is living in Los Angeles.
Larissa Blanz is a classically trained actress with over 7 years of experience. Most recently she wrote, produced, and created her second short film “Modern Men.” Larissa also starred as the lead in the short film “Simpatico” by Jordan Thomas Mitchell.
“LOOP”, the first short film she created had multiple nominations and awards in film festivals such as LACA Cinematography Awards, Official selection at IndieX Film Festival, LA Independent Women Film Awards and Venice Shorts.
Larissa received her B.A. from the Theaterakademie Mannheim. While pursuing her degree, she worked in multiple shows at the National Theater in Mannheim, and the Theater and Orchestra in Heidelberg.
After graduation, Larissa moved to Los Angles to train at the Lee Strasberg Institute. She likes mixing multiple acting such as Meisner, Brecht, Stanislavski and the Method.
